The Los Angeles Sparks have the luxury of possessing two top five picks in this year’s WNBA Draft. With their second pick (at No.4), we have them taking South Carolina’s Kamilla Cardoso

Throughout Cardoso’s time with the Gamecocks, she has proven to be a difference-maker, especially on defense; winning the Defensive Player of the Year award as a freshman in the ACC.

Kamilla Cardoso would be an excellent fit for the Los Angeles Sparks. The Sparks would be getting a great defender who can guard any position.

She has also shown to be a significant inside presence in protecting the paint, and could be paired in an elite front-court tandem with Cameron Brink for years to come with the Sparks; especially since Nneka Ogwumike exited via free agency this past season.
