His teammates Ben Duckett and Harry Brook were among the championships top five run-getters even though England failed to make it to the final.
Left-handed opener Yashasvi Jaiswal was second on the list, and the only Indian in the top 10. Australia’s Usman Khawaja rounded off the top five list.
