ICC World Test Championship 2023-25 Most Runs: Root on top; Jaiswal only Indian in top 10

Former England skipper ended as the leading run-scorer of the ICC World Test Championship for a second time in a row, finishing the 2023-25 cycle with 1,968 runs in 22 matches.

His teammates Ben Duckett and Harry Brook were among the championships top five run-getters even though England failed to make it to the final.

Left-handed opener Yashasvi Jaiswal was second on the list, and the only Indian in the top 10. Australia’s Usman Khawaja rounded off the top five list.
