The Rajasthan Youth Board (Youth Affairs & Sports Department, Government of Rajasthan), in collaboration with AA Gaming, announced the Rajasthan State Esports Championship (RSEC) on Tuesday.
The RSEC 2025 will feature top esports titles including Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), Counter-Strike 2, E-Cricket, and eFootball.
The championship aims to reach more than 200 colleges across 41 districts in Rajasthan.
RSEC 2025 stages:
- Open Qualifiers
- Inter-College Knockout Rounds
- Semifinals
- Grand Finals – which will be live-streamed and culminate in a prestigious awards ceremony.
As Rajasthan does not yet have an official esports federation, the Youth Affairs & Sports Department of Rajasthan has taken the initiative to support the esports ecosystem by joining hands with passionate youth, many of whom have come forward through the Youth Board,” Dr. Neeraj Kumar Pawan (I.A.S) Chairman, Rajasthan Youth Board & Secretary, Youth Affairs & Sports Department, Government Of Rajasthan.

Esports has already been accepted by conventional sports bodies like International Olympic Committee, the Olympic Council of Asian and the World Anti-Doping Agency, and was played as a medal sport at the 2022 Asian Games in Guangzhou, China.
What is AA Gaming, the co-organiser of RSEC 2025?
Founded by Akash Dhangar in October 2021 and backed by Jet Skyesports, AA Gaming delivers all the services needed to execute successful esports tournaments. The company also hosts its own tournaments across multiple gaming titles, fostering grassroots esports development.
AA Gaming will also organise a series of esports workshops during the inter-college knockout rounds held across Rajasthan.
