Ram Mandir inauguration: PM Modi releases audio message ahead of consecration ceremony on Jan 22 | India News – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday released an audio message ahead of the Ram temple consecration ceremony in Ayodhya on January 22. Through the special message, PM Modi sought people’s blessings and announced that he is beginning a special ritual ahead of the grand Ram mandir event.
“Only 11 days remain to the pran pratishtha of Ram lalla in Ayodhya.I am fortunate that I too will witness this auspicious occasion. God has chosen me to represent the citizens of India during pran pratishtha. Keeping this in mind, I am beginning 11-day special ‘anushthan’ from today…,” he posted on X, formerly Twitter.

An emotional PM Modi said, “I am experiencing such feelings for the first time in life. At this moment, it is very difficult to express my feelings in words”.
The Prime Minister will preside over the mandir opening and the ‘pran patishtha’ ceremony on January 22 in the temple town.
The Congress party on Wednesday ‘respectfully’ declined the invitation to attend the inauguration ceremony in Ayodhya. The grand old party accused the BJP of using Ayodhya as a ‘political project’ and called it a ‘BJP/RSS event’.
