NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court is set to hear petitions demanding a review of the apex court‘s judgement that had refused to legalise same-sex marriage, on July 10.
A five-judge bench comprising Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justices Sanjiv Khanna, Hima Kohli, BV Nagarathna, and PS Narsimha will preside over the review hearings.
