A Delhi Court on Monday turned down the bail plea of BRS leader K Kavitha in both the cases registered by probe agencies Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED), related to the Delhi liquor policy case.
Special CBI Judge Kaveri Baweja hearing the case at Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court turned down the request, in yet another setback to the BRS leader ahead of the Lok Sabha polls.
